Mission Statement
The Essex Housing Authority provides affordable, decent, safe, and sanitary housing to eligible low- income elderly and handicapped persons. We are committed to fair and non-discriminatory practices. We strive to make the best use of all available resources so our residents may live in an environment that well maintained and attractive. Our goal is to manage the property in a manner that is consistent with sound financial decisions.
Our Facilities
Essex Housing is located at Chebacco Terrace in Essex, MA. It consists of five 2-story buildings on one site with 40 units for Elderly-handicap residents.
